It’s November 2021. The darkest months of the pandemic are behind us. I have just bought a coffee shop. I have never run my own business before and nor do I have any experience of working in hospitality.

How difficult can it be to run a coffee shop? This is a memoir of my business journey into the coffee shop industry - from start-up to exit.
