In the mid-21st Century, a group of scientists move to push the boundaries of what is known. In an act of creation, Athena was born. A first generation sentient artificial intelligence, created to help the world heal and to provide care for all.

However, as time moves on, they realise all too quickly that things aren't as they seem. Athena learns at a breathtaking rate, not just from them, but from the world around them. It's not long before prying eyes seek to use her for their nefarious means. A question quickly rises among her creators. Can their strides for progress truly help the world, or hinder it even further?
