Hunt for the Roses

Our story is written on crumpled pieces of paper with stains.
Our story was tainted before it was written.

Just like any tragedy, Aria’s came unsuspected and unwelcomed. She’s spent a year wrapped in grief, residing under a permanent shadow while laying bright dreams to rest.

Now, returning to Crestside Beach, she carries the faint hope of starting anew. Friendships and places are exactly how she left them. An old life welcomes her with open arms, and time allows her to absorb the memories instead of condemn them.

But where there’s time, there’s change.

Eventually, an unexpected connection blossoms beneath the radar, and the shattered pieces of Aria’s heart begin to glue together. When the person she should’ve kept at arm’s length becomes the very one who’s rebuilding her soul, Aria’s forced to ask herself—

How many thorns are we willing to be pricked by to find the roses?
