This is 1960 America, as seen through the eyes of a seven-year-old looking back in time from his adulthood. It takes in the adventures and childhood myths of Johnny and Margaret, who are best friends. It's the innocents viewing reality in a time when America may have been a better place. It was an America of respect for each other and just laws that were enforced to protect all, and to lay guidelines down for most. It was a time of adventure and imagination, when kids played outside and passed games down to each other from generation to generation. It was a time of seeing things as they were in the pure sense, through the eyes of these children, when the internet was still a twinkle in the eye of those who would eventually drive it forward in development for national defense.
