The Priest (Mireya, #3)

The brightest star, Golden Nayan, has disappeared from the sky, and the Sundarians are worried about the bad omen. Sarcaz calls on the people to worship a new god, Damarh, who will help them become immortal. Only the new god was once banished from the world for his evil deeds, and he also demands human sacrifices. Will Mireya stop the Sundarians from waging war on the shankars? Will she learn to trust those who love her, or will her desire to defeat her enemies at any cost prevail?

An action-packed and thought-provoking fantasy in a wondrous world filled with various races, magic, love, and corruption.

“As with her previous novels, Kamaeva offers a story that is intense, imaginative, and grounded in the decisions that ultimately shape the finale in the best possible way.” — Readers’ Favorite ★★★★★
