An Inheritance of Faeries: A cozy romantic fantasy with magic and fae (Ravencroft Hall, #1)

All’s faerie in love and war.

Ravencroft Hall has stood empty for twenty years—empty of mortals, at least.

After the dark wizards who owned the manor departed in a hurry, the estate was left to run wild. Now Ravencroft is famous as the most faerie-infested place in England.

Kitty Boot grew up in the nearby village of Little Groating. Fascinated by the Fair Folk since a chance encounter with a fae prince as a child, she leads walking tours for tourists on the weekends. Kitty doesn’t consider it trespassing. The owners are gone (rumored to be exiled in Romania), so where’s the harm?

Everything is going swimmingly until the heir of those same dark wizards shows up out of the blue to lay claim to his estate.

But Richard Ravencroft is nothing like his parents. He despises all things magical and intends to sell the property to hotel developers—once he locates a dangerous family heirloom and gets rid of the pesky boggart in residence.

With the future of both her village and the Fair Folk at stake, Kitty worms her way into Richard’s confidence while secretly doing all she can to thwart his plans. Luckily, her best friends Layla and Briar run the local bakery Sugar & Sprites—and who can resist a basket of warm cinnamon scones?

Lord Ravencroft would be easier to hate if he weren’t so nice—not to mention irritatingly attractive. But he’s also stubborn and headstrong, and Kitty will have to steal Richard’s heart if she hopes to save them both.

Escape to a magical England where every home has a brownie to polish the silver, tea and cakes abound, and romance sneaks up like a gentle enchantment. Perfect for fans of Emily Wilde, A Witches’ Guide to Magical Innkeeping, and the Myrtlewood Crones!
