Better Once Than Never is a dual POV contemporary reimagining of The Taming of the Shrew with family trauma, open door scenes, discussions about abandonment by parent and parental death, one scene with attempted assault, and (surprise) a happily ever after.

It is the standalone debut in the By the Book Series (a two book interconnected series where each book is inspired by a Shakespeare play).
