Delay of Game (Men of Havoc)

Calliope Miller

I’m reeling from a heartbreak when the man of my dreams comes walking into the bar I’m at with my bestie.

After one amazing night spent together, I sneak out without saying a word while he sleeps, wanting to keep the memories of that perfect night forever.

Until something from my past brings me to cross paths with him again, only this time isn’t going to be so blissful.

Calliope Miller has no idea who I am. After a hot and steamy night together, she’s still oblivious to the fact that I’m a professional hockey player.

For me, she is exactly what I need. She’s the breath of fresh air my body was craving, someone who chose me for me, and not who I am.

When our worlds collide once again, I could never be prepared for what was to come. Or the amount of people who don’t want to see us get a happily ever after.

Will we be able to overcome the obstacles for our own fairytale or will the villains win?
