Guardian of Shadows (Rebel Moon Shifters #4)

He’s a Gargoyle shifter who loves life and lives it to the fullest.

For Anthony Stone, the only thing better than being his King’s second-in-command is his job as a private investigator. Working alongside his twin, Tabitha, is a plus, and they are top notch at bringing in the bad guys. When his boss tasks Anthony with finding a thief, Anthony looks forward to the challenge, but the female is more than any of them bargained for. How do you find someone who can disappear into thin air?

She’s a light fae who’s stuck in a strange world and hates her life.

Elledan of Summerland is trapped in an extraordinary realm with a male she hates more than anyone – her father, Grevolus of Winterhaven. After four years, they have learned how to survive, but stealing isn’t the way Elle wants to get by. Having marked her with a sigil, Grevolus ensures Elle can’t escape. Her only hope is being caught and put in a human jail. Life behind bars is more than she deserves, and it has to be better than living with the evil fae who sired her.

Anthony catches up to the pretty female, but what he finds is someone beyond believability. Not only is the stunning thief his mate, she’s not from this realm. More than that, though, she’s in trouble, and it will take the help of his Clan to set her free.

Elledan is introduced in the short novella Battle of Evyndral, where you learn about the light fae who protect the royal dragons and the dark fae intent on destroying them, and it should be read before Guardian of Shadows.

Guardian of Shadows is the 4th book in the Rebel Moon Shifters series. While it can be read as a stand-alone, most readers find it more enjoyable if the series is read in order as there will be spoilers.
