Never Trust a Thief (Ring of Thieves, #4)

Ryder

They call me the Diamond Man—because when it comes to gems, I’m an expert.
But lately? Something’s been missing. Or rather… someone.
I just didn’t expect her to show up in my shower. Or to cuff me and drag me into the heist of a lifetime.
Bella Diamond might be my rival, but she’s the most intoxicating woman I’ve ever met—cold, elusive and full of secrets… including her real name.
Now we’re headed to Austria to search for a long-lost diamond. The closer we get, the harder it is to ignore the scorching heat between us.
Because I see the truth. Beneath her various masks, she’s vulnerable and lonely. No one else has cracked her code, but I plan to be the first.
And I want her. All of her.
I just need to find a way to keep her from vanishing once this job is over, before I’m left with nothing but the memory of her touch and the lingering scent of jasmine on my skin.

Delaney

I’m the Master of Disguise—and Bella Diamond is one of many faces I wear.
Because if no one knows who you really are, they can’t hurt you.
Kidnapping Ryder McKay straight out of the shower? Not my most conventional move. But I need the best to help me find the Phantom Orchid, a legendary purple diamond my father spent his life chasing. This is my last job before I disappear.
Except Ryder tempts me to stay. He’s sharp, relentless and dangerously perceptive. Every glance lingers. Every touch burns. He looks at me like I’m more than a lying thief. Like I’m something worth keeping.
I don’t trust anyone.
But he’s breaking down every wall I’ve built.
And if I’m not careful, I won’t just lose the diamond.
I’ll lose control. And maybe… my heart.
