Timeless Together (Together Forever in Fellside Book 3)

Nick

Finding my place in Fellside felt like a second chance I did not know I needed. Then Charlotte crashes into my life, sharp-witted, guarded, and impossible to ignore. She tells herself I am too young, that wanting me would make her foolish. I tell myself I will do whatever it takes to prove her wrong. Age does not scare me. Losing her does.

Charlotte

I have learned the hard way not to trust promises. Men like younger women. That is what I have always been told, and what life has reinforced more than once. Nick is different. He looks at me like I am something rare, not something past my prime. He makes me want things I thought I had made peace with losing. Love. Trust. A future that does not come with guarantees.

But when our connection deepens and life throws us a curveball neither of us saw coming, the happiness I never dared to fully trust becomes heartbreakingly fragile. And Nick and I have to learn that love is not only proven in the easy moments.

Sometimes it is proven by staying.

A reverse age-gap romance about desire, resilience, late-in-life love, and choosing each other when the future feels unbearably uncertain. Some connections are timeless, even when life does not unfold the way you hoped.

This is a re-edited and refreshed edition of the story previously published as Paint with Me, Book Three in the Fellside Mountain Rescue series.
