Night Gate, Ch. 1 (Night Gate, #1)

"The war started six months ago. But it feels like it's been years."

As destruction continues to loom Balaan City, Sinta, a quiet survivor, faces an impossible choice. When a black portal opens to a realm of darkness, she and her family take the leap, believing anything is safer than the world they're escaping. Is this dimension truly the refuge they seek, or is there something more to this boundless void?
