Then one of their own dies from her wounds, and a stranger staggers through the gates with a warning.

Lily escaped from The Sanctum, where a religious fanatic called The Prophet holds young women captive for his rituals. Four of her friends are still inside. His forty-day purification fast ends soon. When it does, he'll claim them. Garrett will burn The Sanctum to the ground before that happens.

As Lily heals at Haven, she discovers what captivity stole from her - and what Garrett's women are eager to give back. They welcome her without jealousy. They teach her that pleasure isn't shameful. And Garrett learns that saving her body was just the beginning. Now he wants to awaken everything else.

Survival. Found family. And nights hot enough to make the end of the world worth surviving.
