His Stubborn Mate (Battleborn Orcs #2)

He claimed me once. Now he’s back to finish the job.

Eight months ago, Maardok of the seafaring Battleborn clan spent a fortnight in my home and in my bed. Oh, I am no fool; a widowed mother like me knows the ramifications of such a reckless act. But everyone knows orcs and humans cannot breed.

It turns out, everyone was wrong.

Now my son and I have been banished, and face a harsh Highland winter on our own…as I grow great with child. Maardok’s child, an impossible child. But when he returns, he claims me before he even knows the truth of the miracle I carry. Can we make a place for ourselves in his world, even when my past threatens us all?

Get ready to melt when the fierce orc warrior turns soft for her human child, then busts out some severe touch-them-and-die energy in this new Fated Mates medieval fantasy!
