Bitten by the Basilisk (Indigo Cove)

Welcome to Indigo Cove! Avoid the woods after sundown and be mindful of tentacles in the harbour. Above all else, have a magical stay!

Alice York is descended from a kitsune, or fox spirit, but has never felt as though she belongs in a community of folks who can shapeshift, cast spells, or even fly. Though she inherited a rare power, it’s only ever been useless at best, a torment at worst.

Silas Stone has spent his entire life trying to meet his domineering father’s high expectations. Now that he’s the Basilisk, or king, of the serpent-folk who call Indigo Cove home, he’s determined to step out of his father’s shadow.

When Alice and Silas meet, his instincts tell him that fate has revealed his mate, but Alice’s ability says otherwise. Now, in addition to dealing with a ruthless challenger, Silas has to somehow convince Alice to give her heart to someone whom fate might take away from her.

Bitten by the Basilisk is a standalone paranormal monster romance set in the shared small town of Indigo Cove. This book is perfect for readers who love super steamy romance, midnight motorcycle rides, down-bad male leads, romcom banter, and small town cozy vibes.
