Palisade Horizon: Hostile Waters

The island was supposed to save them.

After outrunning a nuclear war aboard the luxury cruise ship Meridian, Carter Davis and the other passengers have finally carved out something resembling peace in Cedar Grove.

Then another ship appears on the horizon.

What begins as a chance for rescue quickly turns into a brutal race for survival. The massive vessel anchored offshore holds food, fuel, medicine, and a potential path back to civilization. But Cedar Grove is not the only group determined to claim it.

As tensions escalate, old wounds reopen and fragile new alliances are tested. Carter finds himself trapped in an impossible protecting his family, versus protecting the community that depends on him.

Meanwhile, Captain Elias Rane knows that boarding the Meridian is their only shot at a future. But every tactical push risks igniting another war—right on their shores. Because this time, the ultimate threat isn’t starvation, fallout, or the island itself. It’s what desperate people are willing to become to escape it.

Palisade Horizon is the gripping, high stakes sequel to the Amazon bestseller Palisade Meridian, Fallout Cruise. This survival thriller proves that in a world without rules, hope can be just as dangerous as fear.
