Hot For My Best Friend's Daddy: A Forbidden Age Gap Romance

I knew better than to want my best friend's daddy.

I knew it the second Drake Calloway walked out of that house. Fifty years old. Silver-haired. Built like the mountains he's spent a lifetime working in.

He doesn't smile. He doesn't charm. He just looks at me like I'm already his and he's giving me time to figure it out.

Three days in the Cascades. One tent. One campfire. One man who is completely, absolutely off limits.

I last about twelve hours.

He's been telling himself no since the driveway. I'm twenty-three. I'm his daughter's best friend. Every reason in the world to walk away.

Neither of us walks away.

One kiss in the rain. One promise whispered where no one can hear. And a fire between us that was never going to stay contained no matter how hard we tried.
