Dr. Kumari (Collins Memorial Hospital #2)

Arya has time for only one saving lives as a surgeon. She is not interested in a relationship. Her life is already too complicated without adding new problems into the mix. Besides, there are too many other women out there to settle for just one. Patricia wants to be seen as more than a single mother. Her seven-year-old son fills her life, but after leaving behind the toxic relationship with her ex-husband, she's been longing to feel wanted again. A night out with her friends, a sexy woman at a nightclub, and some alcohol shake up her initial thoughts. Fortunately, Patricia will never see that woman again. She didn't even give her a phone number, so her little secret would be safe. After all, Los Angeles is a vast city to cross paths with someone again. A chance meeting is unlikely. But life is full of twists and turns, and fate is all too capricious. Neither of them expected to see each other again, let alone in a hospital with Patricia's son needing emergency surgery. Will they be able to ignore the chemistry between them? Will they give in to their feelings and face their fears and desires together?
