Mine for a Moment (Rosebud Ranch #1)

Falling in love was nowhere in the job description.

Neither was solving a murder.

Colette Slip went to Rosebud Ranch for a contract. Her plan was Take an accounting gig and move on once she cleaned up the finances. Numbers, she could handle. But her handsome cowboy boss? That’s another story.

Marshall King is grumpy, stubborn and he needs her help. Driven to unravel the accounting mystery, Colette is thrown into an investigation that reveals more questions than answers.
The last thing Marshall needs is an annoyingly attractive accountant pointing out all the ways he screwed up. How can he collaborate with her on the finances, when she’s so damn distracting? The more time he spends with Colette, the more he longs for something deeper.

When an employee is found dead at the ranch, the quest to balance the books turns into a hunt for a murderer. As the clues lead them to suspect one of their own, Marshall is determined to protect Colette. The only problem? Saving Colette might mean losing it all.

Mine for a Moment is the first interconnected standalone in the Rosebud Ranch Series. A romantic suspense blending spicy romance and intriguing mystery.
