Ghost || Animal

In this harrowing, forthright chapbook, Erin Elizabeth Smith explores childhood sexual abuse, as well as growth and healing beyond it. Like the fleeting, ghostly animals that recur as guides, Smith’s protagonist Dot endures, even thrives. Smith provides an empathetic voice for those who have been through similar situations.
